Six Unit Air Conditioning First Fix in Cranleigh

Pearson Air recently completed the first fix stage of a six unit air conditioning installation at Rowley Edge in Cranleigh, preparing the property for efficient climate control throughout multiple rooms.

Completing the first fix while the property was still under construction allowed our engineers to carefully plan and install the required pipework before the walls and ceilings were finished. The copper refrigerant pipes, insulated connections and cabling were routed through the timber framework, creating a neat and organised installation that will remain discreet once the building work is complete.

Each pipe run was positioned and clearly identified for its intended indoor unit. Careful coordination at this stage helps ensure that the final air conditioning units can be fitted in the most effective locations, while reducing the need for visible pipework or disruption to the finished interior.

This first fix installation provides:

  • Pipework prepared for six air conditioning units
  • Neatly planned and secured service routes
  • Minimal visible infrastructure once completed
  • Efficient heating and cooling across multiple rooms
  • A smoother and more efficient final installation

Early planning is particularly important for larger residential air conditioning systems. Installing the essential infrastructure during construction gives greater flexibility over unit placement and helps achieve a cleaner finish throughout the property.

At Pearson Air, we work alongside homeowners, developers and other trades to deliver carefully planned air conditioning installations at every stage of a building project. From the initial design and first fix through to final installation, testing and commissioning, our engineers provide a complete and professional service.

If you are planning a new build, renovation or extension in Cranleigh, Guildford, Surrey or the surrounding areas, Pearson Air can design and install a domestic air conditioning system tailored to your home.
