Maintenance & Servicing

To ensure air conditioning units work as efficiently as possible, they require regular checks and maintenance. We repair, maintain as well as service air conditioning units across Guildford and Surrey. Additionally, we have a cost effective servicing plan to keep your AC Units it top condition.

Fault finding and diagnosis

This includes investigation into the reasons why your system isnt working such as possible flashing LED’S, whereby a full report will be provided and any works or recommendations will be advised.

Water leak

This can include; blocked or restrictive drains, damaged pipes as well as faulty pumps. Pearson Air will investigate and endeavour to repair on site, rather than leaving you with a lengthy wait.

Removal of refrigerant as well as safe disposal

As a Refcom registered company we are licensed in the transportation and removal of refrigerant. We can safely decommission and dispose any system that may need removing, as well as providing all relevant paperwork and reports.

Relocation

Sometimes units may need to be relocated for various reasons, from the creation of a new room through partitions, to inefficient air flow. Whilst we responsibly move the equipment we also work with you to advise and discuss which new location would be best suited.
